🔐 USAGE RIGHTS & COPYRIGHT

🎨 Personal Use Only
All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.
If you intend to use the piece commercially (merch, branding, VTuber assets, etc.), please let me know before we begin. This will involve a higher price. -
📢 Artist Rights
Unless specified and paid for, I reserve the right to post your commission on my socials and include it in my portfolio. If you wish to keep your commission private, there may be an added charge for privacy. -
🎥 Streaming/Recording
I may livestream or record the art process (on my Facebook page), unless discussed otherwise.
💸 PAYMENT & REFUNDS

✅ Payment Method: Paypal invoice only.

💳 Full payment must be made before I begin your commission. Partial payments (50/50) can be arranged upon request.

🌍 Prices are in USD or PHP.

❌ Refunds are only allowed if the commission has not started. Once progress has begun, I cannot offer refunds.
📅 DEADLINES & TURNAROUND

⏳ My usual turnaround is between 5–21 days, depending on:

➤ Communication flow with client -
⚠️ Rush orders (with tight deadlines) are accepted with an additional fee, to be discussed based on how soon it’s needed.
🛠️ REVISIONS & WIPs

🖌️ I will provide WIPs (Work in Progress) upon request or during key stages of the art.

✏️ Clients are entitled to 2 free sketch edits.
Any major revisions after the sketch phase may result in additional charges.
📨 DELIVERY & FILES

📂 You will receive a high-resolution PNG of the final work.

📦 No physical items will be delivered.

🖼️ If you need PSDs, transparent versions, or other file types, please let me know in advance (may incur extra fees).

🚫 I reserve the right to decline any commission I feel I'm not a good fit for, due to complexity, schedule, or personal reason.
